Since the start in 1989 Sjöland & Thyselius has provided companies and organizations with solutions to complex problems where the customers have high demands on reliability and expertise. Among these customers you will find the Swedish Armed Forces, Saab, Dassault, Kawasaki, General Electrics, Ericsson and Tele2.

To meet our clients’ high expectations we have a very knowledgeable staff. We are very much aware that our employees are our most important resource and that the expertise we are able to provide is decisive for our result, both professionally and financially. Our personnel all have security clearance and over 90 percent have a Master of Science degree. There are several with a PhD degree.

We are very selective when hiring new staff. We look for individuals with the potential to grow professionally; top results from University and/or long relevant experience.

To deliver high quality on time has always been our company’s top priority. Therefore we are proud to report that, for the past five years, all our fixed-price assignments have been delivered on time. This is one of the reasons why our clients keep coming back to us. Several customers have stayed with us for more than ten years and some from the very start.

We have a tradition of being research oriented. On several occasions we have been involved in transforming research findings to commercial products. We have done this both on our own accord as well as at the request of clients.

Confidentiality is a high priority for us; our company has a security clearance agreement with the Defense Materiel Administration and the Swedish Armed Forces.
